Is there a good way to copy document libraries from on-prem to online using powershell?

I was looking at the PNP module and the rest api (200mb hard limit) but I was curious basically we are looking at ways to look at a document libraries and copy it’s entire contents (folder structure with file) if the file has been marked accordingly.
Any thoughts?
