I am working through a sharepoint designer workflow for a new company, and they do not want any emails sent out from the approval processes. I know how to manually go in and delete the email entries of a single approval process, however, I would love to be able to completely change the default behavior of the approval process itself (or just create a new action to append to the "Action" drop down list) so that when I select it from the "Actions" list, it automatically does not have the emails in it.
I have about 70 of these approvals to go through and having to manually delete the emails out of every single one is going to be a pain.
Is this possible? Thanks for any insight you guys might have.
