Tarantula with full bore/corkscrew rifling, accel coils/liquid coils, snapshot sights, moving target, charge time masterwork.

I know it's (one of) the god roll(s) for pvp, what I'm wondering is:
A.) should I be using liquid coils over accel coils for the damage boost since it's a charge time masterwork, or is the extra damage negligible? Itd be nice if it was enough to body shot in crucible but I doubt it, at least without an emp rift.
B.) is there a better pvp roll I should be looking for? I don't have access to trials currently because I'm in between jobs and was using gamepass for everything beyond light and after.
