Serious: Any predictions or educated guesses on when they'll allow students to return? My university straight told me not to expect anything soon.

One of the counselors that work in the office, he's incredibly helpful, said they talked about April 2022 return but that could be the earliest. I trust him, helped foreigners throughout the years.

Then he told me, it's just talks and not to expect anything anytime soon.

Lots are blaming Chinese government, saying they are over reacting. Other countries let students in and such.

Anybody got news or anything about the situation for students waiting to return? or how the student visa talks in China are going?
