Took the train from Shanghai to Beijing 2 weeks ago and the girl with the food cart selling snacks sold me a small plastic containers with little roundish yellow fruit, each about the size of a sugar cube. They looked a bit similar to what north americans call a "golden berry" but to me they tasted more like a small yellow sweet pepper. I asked her what the name was, she said she didnt know only a chinese name. Anyone know what sort of little fruit that could be?
