So I was rewatching some clips and I came across s3e3. There's already a lot of discussion and applause for Lip when he explains to Ian that man or woman, rape is rape. Where I get a little befuddled is how he proceeds to try and trap her, only to end up becoming another victim. Mandy gets mad, scares her away, and that's the last we hear of it. So since then Lip has been a victim of statutory rape? It's so strange to me though because he never thinks back and regrets it or anything. Maybe it plays into some self destructive behavior further down the line? It's sort of just a major bruh moment.
