A question about Shadowrun Returns and Shadowrun Games in general on mobile

I've been lurking for a bit, trying to learn more about the games. However, I think I'm just as confused as before. Aren't the Shadowrun Returns games supposed to be for mobile users? If so, how do you install them and get them to work? I've been having difficulty getting any of the Shadowrun stuff I've gotten to do anything. (Always says that it can't access a resource file or can't find it). If these games aren't available for mobile users, are there any Shadowrun games that are?
