Unable to equip items i've bought and Items i bought disappear from my stash

I'm sorry for this post, I am not sure if this was the right community to post this question in but I recently got super into Shadowrun. I am unable to equip items in shadow run returns after I purchase an item like a shotgun or rifle. Even if I go to my locker to get items from my stash I am unable to find a majority of the Decker programs, weapons I've bought etc. Is this a glitch or am I missing something?
