So... I'm going for my first run on Shadowrun Hong Kong and, as the title says, I'm looking for something more than the classic warrior or generic mage to play.
I'm not newbie on the saga (Finished Dead Man's Switch with a Decker/Rigger but found it lacking, finished Dragonfall with a, huh, Street samurai, IIRC), but I lack a bit of actual knowledge of the different classes the game has to offer, and if there's something around there that will make the game interesting, or be prone to different, original, solutions besides killing everyone.
I mean, last "proper" RPG I played was Arcanum some months ago and was impressed for being able to actually talk my way past several main quests. I also find really fun being able to "solve" situations stealing from NPC's, or just sneaking around. Hacking (as my first playthrough of DMS intended) seemed to be a great way to wreak havok on the enmy, but it wasn't really something you could take advantage of.
So... I guess my first question is if that Hong Kong will let me be a smartass, or if its more oriented towards kill almost everything, and, if yest, what is the best way to make a character that will fit this kind of archetype. Else, which interesting ways to kill enemies should I try?
