I've been narrowing things down and I want to do a Mage with slight Shaman stuff (mostly a totem and a couple etiquettes because the magic stuff is interesting and different from the build I used in Returns, and I'd like to know what mage spells are useful and totems that work well as a mage or as support. Not entirely sure if I want to be more of an offensive or defensive mage, though, and could use some advice on what spells are good for each.
I imagine Wild Huntsman is a good totem either way, because it works on the player and with Eiger as well.
From my last attempt at a mage run, I know that they get unique dialogue options which is an influence on my choice to play as one. (I played as an AR Street Sam in Returns, so ultimately decided Mage as a different choice)
