D&D Modules / campaigns suitable for Shadow of the Demon lord

HI,
i'm currently looking through some D&D Modules to see if any of them would fit for SotDL... and well...... not really success. Maybe Red Hand of Doom would be fitting (replace the Hobgoblins with the Orcs and instead of Tiamat maybe some Demon stuff), but that's basically it.
I've read online about "Age of Worms" (some kind of Dungeon Magazine excklusive) did anyone played it?
Tldr: recommend some D&D modules which you think could be great for SotDL
