If you don't know which one I speak of, you can hear it in this video at around 0:28.
The one that kind of sounds like a ghostly falling doppler effect? It just sounds so sinister and ghostly and perfectly fits the anguish that being shamed inflicts upon an orc.
Shadow of War in its entirety has some absolutely excellent sound design, from the abstract yet striking sounds like that awesome winding ding when you get a slowed time execution, to the crunchy and brutal swordfighting sounds that really sell the brutality of the visuals, to the famously excellent voice acting of all the Uruks as they scream and panic and roar at you.
This is no surprise coming from Monolith as anyone who's played their classic FPS FEAR knows that they've got meaty and badass sound design down to a tee, but I still thought it was worth mentioning because it's one of the many reasons combat in SoW is so fun. While I think visually the game is somewhat bland and to be honest, kind of ugly at times, the amazing sounds, animations and camerawork do a lot of heavy lifting in making the overall presentation still feel excellent.
