Is AP Shaco now objectively inferior to AD Shaco once again post-nerfs?

In the Jungle, I mean.
I only see a tiny handful of people play AP Shaco now, most notably Pink Ward, but even he plays AD Shaco (with BR/Warrior and Titanic) when he goes Jungle.
Does it mean that, if you want an optimal Jungle build, AP is back to being worse than AD?
