Generally, it's not been a problem that my former sponsor and former WD district leader is a client of mine. She is a great client and has totally respected my desire not to talk about SGI since I quit. But I get the sense that she tries to still be my friend and she literally invited herself to my house today when I went to her home to talk business. I got a new pet recently and she was all excited for me and then basically invited herself over to meet my new pets. I feigned enthusiasm for the idea because how awkward is it to tell your client and former friend that you don't want to have a relationship with them that way anymore? it's honestly less stress on me to just pretend to agree with her idea and then never follow up than to straight up create uncomfortable feelings in the midst of the situation. Just another great example of SGI members having zero boundaries.
