Hey smart talented folks! Just getting started on this year's Halloween getup, which will be a lizard face with an exposed brain. For the brain, I want to use ramen as a starting point because the texture is perfect, and I like working with silicone cause I have a bunch on hand.
My question is, are there any moisture/temperature considerations i should take into account? My plan is to cook some ramen, wait for it to cool off, shape it in a bowl, and then pour the mold silicone over it.
I've only been doing this a couple of years, but only molding from materials like clay or modified existing objects. Is there anything about cooked Ramen that might impact the curing process?
Thanks!
