Hello everyone!
I'm planning to switch to a small sandwich case with a GPU inside(think of velka 3, K2s, MQ5, k39 etc)
Noticed that some sellers have options of custom looms for their flex PSUs
I'm really not sure what to do here
I know that I don't need molex connectors, will probably keep 1-2 sata connectors, but what do I do with the length of Mobo/Cpu/GPU cables?
I don't particularly plan to go outside of small sandwich case category, but always wanted to build a console style PC at some point(e.g. inside xbox one s case)
So should I make those cables shorter or they will fit no problem even inside something as small as velka 3? Or even chopin for APU builds?
Is there a general "happy medium"? I'd like to have more space in my case but I'm afraid that it's going to work only for small sandwiches in case I wanna go for a console option, and don't my sandwich to be crammed too :< Not even sure how crammed "non-trimmed" cables are in those cases
Any suggestions are welcome <3
TL:DR what's the happy medium for the Mobo/Cpu/GPU cable length for small itx sandwich/console builds?
