Dual HDplex 250w GaN AIO installation issues.

I am running a system that uses 2 HDplex 250w GaN. However when i plug my system into the mains my cpu fan spins up and it fails to boot. It’s almost like it has the power button constantly pressed in. Since there is little documentation about this psu and even less documentation on using two of them together i have struggled to find any propper information on their installation. Can anyone help?
