Interesting RTX 3070 Laptop GPU in Desktop PCIe16 package

basically they are sold in aliexpress. As you can see from one of their pictures posted
They are recognized as laptop GPU from the GPU-Z
I'm thinking this can be interesting for the fact that these would still have laptop GPU bioses and might output less heat and use less wattage while idling. If I didn't bought an rx6700xt recently I would have tried this one. Maybe some of you with sub-10L cases would be interested. Any thoughts?
