My sex drive/horniness is normal most of the time. However, maybe once every year or two, I will see or read something in particular that’s SO hot/appealing to me, or that triggers one of my fetishes so hard, that I become hypersexual for just that one thing for weeks/months. I almost can’t get off to anything except that thing and I have to keep going back to it multiple times a day, and I feel super anxious about it at almost all times. Eventually it fades, but does this phenomenon have a name?

If it helps, I am autistic, so my interests are restricted anyway.
