I (25M) have trouble getting an erection and being aroused when having sex, and I have painful balls at the end. Should I seek professional help ?
Post Body

Hello everyone, I have had some issues with my penis and would like your advices about that.

I'm 25, male, I have had 3 female sexual partners :

- 1 woman for a weekend (first time) 3 year ago, where I couldn't get hard, nor really excited. When I left her place, I had painful blue balls for several hours

- 1 woman for 2 months, where I ended up being able to keep an erection for some minutes but not being really aroused, so I had to constantly work to keep it hard.

- Right now a woman for a week now (not thinking about leaving her) and the same pattern happened : we did some foreplay, but I was not really feeling aroused. I didn't get a real hard on, and ended up getting blue balls.

For some background, I have been watching porn from 14 to 25 quite frequently, even though It has been way more scarce for the past 3 months. I've always used porn or my imagination to be aroused, and it has always worked.

I'm quite confused about what's going on with me, because I feel like the blue balls I always get at the end are a sign of some internal arousal, but I cannot feel this arousal, which I would really love to.

What do you think ? Have you had any direct or indirect experience with this kind of thing ? Should I go see a sex therapist ?
