So I have had micro tears on my penis before, years ago and it was only 2-3 and they healed after 4-5 days.

Well now my penis is covered in them, my head is full of them and the side skin of my penis where it meets the head has bigger tears.

I have avoided touching the area as much as possible, aside from applying “Aquaphor Advanced Therapy Ointment Body Spray” as I have heard it helps heal things like this faster.

Due to how I sleep and the rubbing against my pants during the day it seems these tears have not been healing and I tend to itch real bad.

Is there anything better I can do/use to heal up quicker? Its been around 2 weeks give or take?

Is there anything a doctor could do or prescribe that would make it worth seeing a doctor?
