Hi 👋 I (18M) so whenever I have sex I can’t ejaculate regardless of stimulation, partner, attraction, or any other variable I just can’t I can reach orgasm but I can’t ejaculate. However I can make myself ejaculate in the same space as a partner, on my own, etc. I just can’t ejaculate from stimulation other than my own. I prefer others but I never truly finish and its left some of my partners disappointed. I am on SSRI’s specifically Zoloft. (Sertraline) It makes no sense to me could someone try to explain? My guess is something psychological. I have made myself ejaculate with a partner telling me what to do/ partially assisting in giving pleasure.
