So I'm having some difficulty with my skin on my penis and scrotum that's affecting my sex life. There are these spots on the skin that are lighter than others. These aren't bumps or hives, they look more like a lot loss in skin pigmentation. I don't have any pain or discharge because of it, so I think I can rule out an STD. Plus I have only had sex with 2 people in my life, years apart. I'm trying to get back out there and have some fun, but this skin issue is affecting my chances. Please I need some advice or diagnosis on the problem, I'm facing 30 in a few years and I want to have some slutty years in my life.
