so i (17 female) dont know if i was assaulted or not. when i was 14 i was friends with a not so great group of people who were very into the drugs, alcohol, sex, and partying scene. i was still very new to that sort of stuff and was very impressionable. on that particular night tho i was at home when my mother was trying to head over to my grandmother's house for some reason i cant recall. conveniently, my friends lived right next door to my grandmother. so while my mom was talking to my grandmother i asked if i could go to my friend's house. she said ok but to come back around 10 o clock and just stay the night with my grandmother till my dad could pick me up in the morning. im like "sick" and head over there. there were 4 other kids in the house besides me and 2 adults. we're all drinking (me not so much as them) and end up finishing a whole bottle of pink whitney. everyone is drunk except for me. so we're all sitting in this girls bed (ill call her Y) and cracking up over nothing. this guy (ill call him M) puts his hands around my throat and starts choking me in a very sexual way. i quickly got him off of me and ended up having to leave shortly after. i stayed at my grandmother's house for about 2 hours until i knew she was asleep. i put my clothes on and snuck out the backdoor and went back over to y's house. it was just us 5 kids this time and when i got there i began talking to this guy ill call k (16 male). K was Y's younger brother and had been nice to me all night long. after being there for a while M and the other girl (ill call her L) start telling me that K has been eyeing me all night long. i particularly remember sitting next to K on the couch as L is texting me from across the room telling me to "let him hit". at this point in time im in a long distance relationship with someone who was quite older than me (im not here to talk about the fact that i cheated, i regret it every single day and dont need people on reddit telling me im a piece of shit for it) so i was very adamant about not doing anything with K. not much later tho Y, M, and L all head to Y's room and end up having a threesome. now that me and K are alone he ends up telling me face to face that he wants to have sex with me. i tell him no, that im in a relationship, and that he must still be drunk. he insists multiple times that he is sober, my bf doesnt have to know, and that he wants to have sex with me. i tell him no multiple times and that's when he starts kissing me. im not really stopping him and he continues to ask me to have sex with him until i eventually cave. as him and i are making out on the couch L walks out of the room and sees me straddled over his lap. she ends up taking a picture of it, sending it to me in the morning, and asking "how it feels to get her sloppy seconds" (not the focus but that still pisses me off). while im on his lap his mother ends up coming home, drunk. she sees me on his lap and says "yall are cute" then leaves for her room. K takes me somewhere more private so we end up in the laundry room (which does not have a door btw, only a curtain). him and i actually have sex here. as im bent over the washing machine tho, i keep seeing flashes of light behind me. im now 99.999% sure that he was taking pictures/videos of me without my permission. as we're having sex i hear M come out of Y's bedroom and up to the laundry room saying "yo my name, youre loud af!" that takes me out of the moment enough to check my phone and see that my grandmother texted me 20 minutes prior asking me where i was. i leave quickly and come up with some bullshit excuse that my half asleep grandmother believes (im sorry i lied :( ) and get back on the couch to go to sleep. before i go to sleep tho, i text K and ask him about the light i kept seeing. he says he was just snapping his friends back which obviously wasnt true but there's nothing i can do about that now. i end up getting emotionally attached to K for a little while until i realized all he wanted was sex and have not spoken to him since. i really hope that my story makes sense to anyone who reads it but i just want to know what other people think.
