Are you getting any sleep?

I wake up in the middle of the night every single night and have to drink something because I’m thirsty. Does this happen to anyone else???? I have drank water before bed of course, but I can not stop waking up! I think it’s a nightmare that I cannot remember but I’m not sure.
Anyways how do any of you sleep through the night? Please help.
