Background: I'm M28. I've had ehaculatory anhedonia all my life. Usually there's around a second of pleasure during ejaculation and it's over. The remaining ejaculate is released with zero pleasure. It's completely underwhelming 95% of the times.

Question: When I'm at the point of no return and if I stop touching my penis, there's absolutely zero pleasure. The entire semen comes out. And then if I move my shaft with hands like masturbation, sometimes there's intense pleasure with zero semen. Sometimes there's 0 pleasure with too and I regret not having manually stimulated the entire time

Does it mean there's some disfunction? I've heard people have orgasms without even touching and I'm assuming it's very pleasurable for them
