Headaches go away after masturbating?

Sometimes my headaches go away after relaxed masturbation. Fast and rushed up masturbation can sometimes even cause headache for me but I want to ignore this part
Does anyone else get their headaches cured? I believe I have ejaculatory anhedonia and have never orgasmed in life. Are the headaches supposed to go away due to orgasm or just the relaxation and pleasure during build up can cause this effect too?
