So my gf recently told me that her girl best friend had asked her, if she would be down for a foursome with her and her new boyfriend. (side note; they havent been together for long and if you‘d ask me this wont hold for long)

Apparently she asked my gf if she thought I‘d be okay with that. My gf turned the offer down, telling her she doesn‘t think I would be the right person for that. When she told me this i was kinda hurt because this definitely isn’t true.

She then told me that was just her excuse for not wanting to have this foursome with the bf of her bestie. She doesn’t like him (lookwise..). I respectfully told her it was absolutely no problem and we could do it with and whenever shed like it.

But then just yesterday she showed me a text from her bestie, telling her she found someone else she may like, and idk what to make of this situation. Apparently her bf is fine with this, but idk if thats just her version.

Am I weird for thinking she may be down bad for me, since she is constantly trying to make this work. (Just for context my gf told me she‘d love a foursome, just so there are no misunderstandings…)

Advice on how to handle this situation?
