I’ve always had a bit of a crush on my best friend’s older brother. He’s charming, ridiculously good-looking, and has this effortless confidence that’s hard to ignore. But I never thought anything would happen between us—until last weekend.

My friend invited me over for a small gathering at her place, just a few of us hanging out, having drinks, and catching up.
