Hey all! The staff have been doing our best but as some of you have probably noticed, we're still having a little bit of an issue when it comes to approval times and modmail responses. That's because it's a big sub and there are only three us. And while I can't speak for the others, real life has dropped on me like a ton of bricks and I don't have nearly the free time that I thought I did.

As a result, we're thinking about bringing on some more probationary staff. What does that mean? Basically it means that if you're interested, there might be a place for you.

As probationary staff, your duties would be mostly to help handle the Mod queue and to take some of the weight of the mod mail. If you did well enough after a set amount of time, you would graduate to full staff.

This is to help us screen out people who may not be the best fit despite their best efforts.
