28M, how will being on bupropion AND sertraline affect me?

So before I was in any medications my endurance was good. I could go for I feel the average amount of time or longer. When I started sertraline (Zoloft) it was incredibly difficult to orgasm. When I switched to bupropion (Wellbutrin) it was incredibly quick for me to orgasm. Now I’m on BOTH at the same time, with a higher dose of bupropion but a low dose of sertraline. So is it just simple math & I’ll even out again? Or are there things I should watch for? Anyone else have experience with this?
