What's it called when you like to be submissive during foreplay but dominant during sex?

Basically what the title says, I am into brats and I like when they try and dom me/like RP where I'm the one being dom'd but when it gets to the sex part I like to become the one in charge. Is their a term for that? Is that even normal? Would that technically make me a switch? I've got little to no experience in understanding these things and would like to know how to better explain it to potential partners in the future.
