Is it possible to visually detect a clitoral erection through clothes like with a penile erection, or if you are brushed up against someone, feel it?

I am aware you cannot see when a woman is wet, but could you see a erect clitoris through clothes like you can a erect penis? Reason I am asking is because I read that a clitoris can grow up to 300% when aroused, which would make me think it would be visually detectable.
