Question about changing condoms and staying hard

If I'm having sex with or without a condom, I usually want to keep going after I come. The problem i have is the process of taking off the first condom and putting on a new one can seems to be enough a process that I don't always stay hard. This isn't a problem without a condom but I'm single so I want to stay safe
