As the title says, I’ve never had an orgasm. And I’ve had a LOT of sex, and I have masturbated a ton.

I know the ins and outs of my female anatomy, I know how to orgasm, I just can’t. I feel a build up (of some sorts, nothing too powerful though) and just feel uncomfortable (not pleasurable) and I can’t help but stop.

I’ve been too ashamed to tell my partners so I’ve just faked orgasms. Yes, I know that this isn’t helping the issue but I’m too deep into this with my current partner now. The amount of orgasms I’ve faked with him must be in the hundreds - he’d be shattered if he knew they were all fake.

I don’t know what to do. I feel like a fraud, a fake woman.
