i (18f) am a virgin (i think?) and my current boyfriend (19m) and i have been trying to have sex for weeks now. i never put anything up there, not even tampons, so i knew it would hurt really bad my first time. i did manage to learn how to use tampons during my last period, but it didn’t help whatsoever. i though at least it would help a little since i’d be slightly used to the sensation of something going up there. the first time we tried it, it was like my vagina was a wall. there was no penetration at all. we’ve tried a few times since then, none of which have been successful. a few minutes ago we tried again, and this time it went in at least a little bit. but oh my god it hurt so bad. i went to pee after and when i wiped there was blood. he wasn’t even 1/4 of the way in. my vagina still feels weird from it. what should i do? do i need to buy one of those vaginal dilator kits?
