I lost over 250 lbs of fat off my frame, and any time you lose more than 100 pounds of weight, you get extra skin. So I have a lot of extra skin around my belly and navel area, which makes certain positions more difficult to get into. Normally, my erect penis should be at or near a 90-degree, right angle from my legs, if I were standing up. Instead, it's at about a 45-degree angle due to my loose navel skin. So less of this:

It's not terrible, I can usually lift it to where it should go :) but it does make certain positions more challenging, like doggy. If it was angled where it needed to be, I feel like it would be much easier than holding it in place, if that makes sense.
I've looked all around for this question, and no one seems to have an answer. I've read about "compression shorts", and I figure I can get a pair of those to tighten up the area during sex, the question would be if I could cut a hole in them without compromising them. Obviously tummy tuck surgery is the ultimate fix, but I don't have that kind of cash just lying about, especially in these times.
I have noticed that when going solo, if I pull back on my skin to be tighter in that area, my penis goes exactly to where it should be (around 90 degrees), and it actually feels a lot better and more natural, so that's why I'm figuring compression wear might solve the problem, but I wanted to get other people's take. Has anyone had this issue, and how did they go about solving it?
