What's the verdict...?

On jacking/jilling off (particularly jilling, as that's my equipment) while:
- having a uti. I know that masturbating while having a uti is generally advised against, but I'm coming to the point where I'm like, "I already have the UTI, why does it matter?"
- having tachycardia. I know that tachycardia doesn't always have to do with underlying medical issues (like with me, it's likely to due with good old anxiety) but I don't want to go to town on myself if I have a high risk of suffering a heart attack or some sort of heart failure.
