What do guys like women to do when they're on top?

In all the situations where I was on top, all I do is be selfish and chase whatever feels good for me. Usually it's always either just the tip (feeling it enter again and again) or feeling it hit my cervix (in which case I move only slightly, just to feel that bump over and over).
I don't have a lot of guy friends who I can ask about this, but I wanted to know if that's okay? Or if guys want something else?
