Looks like a group I can relate too! Well, except for the sex part. My wife has lost her sex drive a year or so ago so our bedroom fun is rare. She understands that I still have my drive and helps when she can. I’m sure I’m not alone here, how do any of you deal with it? She did say I could have “friends” she doesn’t care, just not sure where to find them lol
Both mid 50s here. My wife went through menopause in her late 30s due to medical conditions, removal of everything, this was back in 2010 I believe. Man, our sex went from 5 times a week to down to one maybe two times. As best as she could explain it, she had no drive until she was "seduced" into sex, or maybe better said is that if i initiated sex without having her having any interest, she would get turned on along the way. Once she communicated that to me, we were regular 2 to 3 times a week. Strangely enough, orgasms at any point weren't a problem for her.
A few things have happened over the last 5 years that have really improved our sex life, sex on drugs. Mostly edibles, but we've dabbled and ecstasy, lsd, and mushrooms ... and do those things turn her on. Additionally, she has been taking DHEA pills over the last 6 months or so, she is definitely more horny and sexually aggressive 😎.
