Good Evening Men and Women of r/sexover40:
Jim here, a 43/M from Michigan. There is a fairly strong possibility I will be in a long-distance relationship with a woman who is about a 90 minute drive from me. In addition to the driving logistics, her personal life may limit her ability to have a lot of in-person time with me.
I guess I consider myself to have an "above-average" sex drive for my age and wanted to ask, men and women alike, who currently have or previously had what they would define as a "successful" long-distance relationship, what standard or "out of the ordinary" things were employed in the relationship that made it feel like you truly were in "sexual lockstep" with your partner when direct physical contact wasn't possible?
Appreciate you taking your time to read and look forward to your feedback!-Jim
