I visited the urologist yesterday. I have my vasectomy scheduled for the end of June. I appreciate everyone that has put my mind at ease that it's not such a big deal and is pretty routine. It'll be nice to not worry about getting pregnant again. We're definitely done with three.
Obviously, I've also been worried about my health because of erection issues. And this gave me a chance to talk to him. When I ask Dr. Google, I feel like I've got heart disease and going to die of a heart attack soon. But he didn't seem concerned at all. I don't really just get horny and hard anymore. It takes some physical stimulation to get me up and then it's not rock solid. Which, based on reading from a book by a urologist... I guess that can be expected in the 40s. But I admit that I'm a bit envious of the guys my age and older that say they don't have any trouble getting hard. The boners get better when I'm working out, though, so I need to get back on that horse again.
