Does having one sexual partner reduce libido?

I have one sexual partner, trying to be committed, but lately the urge for sex has reduced.

In the past when I was not in a committed relationship, if I was with one particular person for a long time and sex had reduced, having sex with 1 or 2 different people would increase my eagerness to have sex with the 1st person. I am wondering if that would work now or maybe it's in my head or low libido. I don't think I have a problem because I want other ladies, I am only denying myself.

Does that make sense? Does it happen to anyone else?
