PLEASE don’t grill me here, folks. I promise I’m not being ignorant - I am legitimately curious about this FemDom stuff. Particularly, what’s the deal with the mom/son-type role playing? I posted here because I’m looking for a mature conversation about this.

I stumbled upon the Gentle FemDom sub and at first, I was like, “ok this is some interesting kink stuff” (denied or ruined orgasms, chastity, and sone other… stuff). It peaked my curiosity a little so I’ve lurked for a couple weeks. Some of the content was kind of hot.

Now, let me preface this next part by saying I consider myself to be VERY OPEN MINDED! I’m down to try just about anything in terms of sex with my SO (feel extremely safe with him - I trust him to do pretty much anything he wants to me).

With that out of the way, and I mean no judgment, but lately, the posts there increasingly and heavily suggest a mother/son dynamic. And even on the radio last week, they said more and more people are into this mother/son type role playing and that it’s becoming popular.

So… that’s all fine and all BUT, sometimes people post drawings in there and it looks like young guys (boys, really) with these older women. It will say things like, “cradling my sweet baby boy after being so good to mommy”. I don’t know - maybe it’s because I have two sons and that’s why I find it odd?? Nobody seems to blink an eye at it. I recently wondered what would happen if the genders were reversed. I think people would loose their sh!t.

Anyway, the content lately has made me uncomfortable to the point I left the sub. Am I missing something? Is it just like any other kink? I like to be a little dominant and often wish I weren’t so bashful and wish I could be even more dominate (it sometimes makes me feel silly).I don’t mind being submissive either. But this mother/son dynamic - I don’t get it. Is it like how some men like to role play as baby’s? I’ve seen that before although not in a sexual kind of way. Am I just being weird?

I’m curious as to why this type of dynamic is becoming more and more popular.
