My question: What are others' experience with reverse kegels and has anyone else found they cum much more easily when they do them?
Background: I have always had high stamina bordering on delayed ejaculation. I don't say I have delayed ejaculation because, with the exception of being under the influence of alcohol or illness, I have always been able to orgasm within a few minutes of hard, sustained thrusting. However, relatively light touch, my partner on top/moving entirely on her own, blowjobs almost never could make me cum.
In the last week, I started experimenting with reverse kegeling. If you don't know what that is, think kegeling (tightening pelvic floor muscles and pulling in genitals towards core) in reverse, where you push out your genitals, very close to the way you would push out to pee and poop. I actually did this as an experiment to see if I could extend stamina, since that is what I always see written about. What shocked me was that, rather than delaying my orgasm, I found myself cumming within minutes with my partner on top. I repeated the experiment a few days later and she made me cum with a blowjob literally for the first time ever within about 5 minutes.
I can think of a reason this makes sense. Tightening the PC muscle is why kegels control premature ejaculation so doing the reverse, forcing relaxation, could reasonably ease ejaculation for someone with delayed ejaculation. However, when I looked this up I could find nothing about it in men and only a few articles saying it could make orgasming easier for women.
So, am I unique? Did I stumble into something people should know about? Am I just bad at searching the internet?
