I think I have a normal libido for my age, 37M. I can still get aroused when my partner brushes up against me. Yet I’ve noticed over the last year or so I’m utterly bored by sex.

I have watched porn for most of my life — not excessively and it hasn’t increased in extreme content like others. I’ve probably had less sex than most people, but I have been lucky enough to have open-minded partners that indulged in mine and their fantasies. There is stillstuff on my bucket list, but a lot of major ones have been checked off.

I get this “been there done that feeling” after I have sex. I read about people getting bored with particular habits of partners, but is anyone else bored in general?

Maybe I need to sex to be more drawn out at this stage? I’ve always found penetration to be boring after 10-15 minutes. Much prefer foreplay, building tension, kink and the general creativity and freedom the primal mood can inspire.
