I had a long conversation with a friend yesterday, and now I'm curious...

My friend has been actively seeking opportunities to include different types of kink into her sex life in the last few years. Rope, impact play, hard bondage/suspension, and orgasm denial just to name some of it.

I, on the other hand (despite my username) seem to be headed in the opposite direction. While I do enjoy many different kinks; I seem to be more focused on the sensual and emotional connection that sex provides. It's not that I'm not averse to including it on request or, on the random occasion but honestly I just don't think about it as much.

So, now I'm curious about how many others in our age group make kink a priority? No matter which group you fall into, what is your reasoning behind it?
