ADHD meds and delayed ejaculation

42 M and taking Foquest for my ADHD. Unfortunately the worst side effect is I have massive delayed ejaculation. Basically I can go and go (easily 1hr of intercourse), but never get an orgasm. My girlfriend will cum 5 times easily but I just can’t. I actually feel bad for her as it takes me soooooo long!
Anyone who suffered a similar issue be able to fix or get past it?
