First time with performance anxiety (m 39)

I have a new girlfriend after a divorce of 13 years. My ex always wanted lots of warm-up time before sex so by the time she was ready for penetration I was always rock hard.
The new girlfriend wants penetrated almost immediately. I can't get it up quickly, and waiting for it to get hard is frustrating. Today it was frustrating enough that I never did get erect.
Aside from calming down and relaxing, what options are there to help me out?
