How do you effectively distract yourself from your sex drive?

I consider [m]yself high libido, but have found my limits at my age [44] also. I’m aging relatively slowly like most in my family, I pass for early 30’s and feel the same. My sex drive is making me insane at times. I fee like I can’t be intellectually productive. I’m such a slave to my desires and feel weak for it. One good sex session and I feel normal again, like a junky. I swear I need to get chemically castrated.
How do you guys w/ HL distract yourself or channel your drives?
